 More Information
Area Information : Elvey Farm is just outside Pluckley, home to ITV''s Darling Buds of May. It''s easy to see why the TV series chose this village as its location; wherever you look, there are charming cottages, Oast houses, orchards and fields. Pluckley is surrounded by pretty villages, with old-fashioned pubs and ancient village greens. However, you''re not cut off here - you''re just half an hour from Dover and the Channel Tunnel, just over an hour from London, and close to Canterbury, Tenterden and the Thanet coast.
Hotel Information : Elvey Farm is no ordinary farm. It has been renovated to the highest standards, with stylish contemporary bathrooms, gorgeous rooms packed with period features, and service that''s second to none. Spend the day exploring the bridleways and footpaths over the fields, stopping off in one of the many villages for a pub lunch. Then watch the sun set from the terrace with a glass of champagne, before dining in the restaurant. The restaurant is in the 16th century barn, and specialises in Kentish cuisine. There''s something magical about Elvey Farm: it''s charming, it''s welcoming, and you''re guaranteed a relaxing stay.
